There is a high demand for GEM graduates globally, as evidenced by alumni employment rates of over 95% across diverse sectors. 31% in private companies, 27% in academia, 12% in government, 6% in NGOs, and 2% as entrepreneurs.

GEM MSc students come from all around the world (54% male, 46% female) and work worldwide after graduation; 37% in Europe, 30% in Asia, 15% in Africa, 14% in the Americas, and 4% in Oceania. 50% pursue PhDs, mainly in the EU and US.
